The BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha puts a great deal of importance on raising tomorrow’s leaders. It focuses on developing the community by raising leaders that will steer the community on the path to moral, spiritual, cultural, and social success. It’s a cycle – investing in leaders in turns paves the road to develop more leaders. BAPS invests in raising leaders by providing leadership training, and a platform for leaders to develop their skill sets and talents through classes, seminars, and practical workshops and projects.
