On 26 August 2023 (Shravan sud 10), swamis and devotees commemorated the seventh anniversary of Pramukh Swami Maharaj passing away to Akshardham by performing a short guru-pujan ceremony in the newly consecrated Pramukh Swami Maharaj Smruti Mandir. Jnaneshwar Swami, Aksharcharan Swami, and other swamis and devotees participated in the rituals. Thousands of devotees also joined from their homes through the live webcast. After the Vedic rituals, a maha-arti was performed at 6 p.m., the time when Swamishri went to Dham on 13 August 2016.
In the assembly that followed, Atmatrupt Swami spoke about Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s eternally elevated spiritual state and Shrijikirtan Swami recollected the love and affection that Swamishri held for all the swamis and devotees. Adarshjivan Swami narrated the elevated spiritual state that was achieved by swamis and devotees through their association with Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
At the end, Jnaneshwar Swami spoke on how Swamishri is forever present through Mahant Swami Maharaj and that the truest tribute to Pramukh Swami Maharaj is to wholeheartedly serve Mahant Swami Maharaj.
In this way, the divine memories of Guruhari Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Pragat Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj were recollected with bhakti and grandeur.
