भगवान की शक्ति, भाग - २, Real. Impossible. Stories.
On the auspicious occasion of the 92nd birth celebrations of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj, 12,723 child scholars (bal and balika vidvans) gathered in Vadodara to collectively recite Sanskrit verses from the ‘Satsang Diksha’ shastra written by Mahant Swami Maharaj, creating a new Guinness World Record for ‘The Largest Simultaneous Hindu Text Recital’.
On 25 October 2024, Mahant Swami Maharaj expressed: “By next Diwali [2025], 10,000 children shall memorize this scripture [Satsang Diksha] in the Sanskrit language.”
To fulfill this resolve, the ‘Mission Rajipo’ campaign was launched, in which 103 swamis and more than 17,000 volunteers worked with unwavering dedication to make Swamishri’s resolve a reality.
Within just one year, a total of 15,666 children, aged 3 to 13 years, memorized all 315 Sanskrit verses of the Satsang Diksha text as a devotional tribute to guru Mahant Swami Maharaj.
The Satsang Diksha shastra serves as a complete guidebook for all aspects of human life. It expounds the eternal principles of agna and upasana as propounded by Parabrahma Bhagwan Swaminarayan, along with clear guidance on daily conduct applicable to all. This shastra instills noble values in individuals of all ages, thereby nurturing an ethical, spiritual, and value-based society.
The world record recital attempt took place on 2 February 2026, between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. in the presence of Guinness World Records adjudicator Mr. Swapnil Dangarikar and approximately 360 official stewards. Following a meticulous process of verification, counting, and the examination of the young scholars, Mr. Swapnil Dangarikar honored this unprecedented feat by presenting the official world record certificate to His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj. The citation reads: “The largest simultaneous Hindu text recital was achieved by the International Children's Forum of Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) in Atladara, Gujarat, India, on 2 February 2026.”
Among the participants were child scholars from India, England, USA, UAE, Australia, Canada, and other countries, making this mass recital a truly global celebration of Sanskrit and Sanatan culture.
