The very first interaction with His Majesty King Charles III from BAPS was in 1981 (30 October), at Wembley Conference Centre, when Prafulbhai Patel and G Patel presented a gold souvenir coin to the then Prince Charles that commemorated the bicentenary of Bhagwan Swaminarayan

His Majesty King Charles III first visited Neasden Temple in 1996, as The Prince of Wales, when he was welcomed in a traditional Hindu manner with marks of auspiciousness, goodwill, and friendship
