એક યુવક દર્શને આવ્યો. એ કહે : ‘ચિંતા થયે રાખે છે, એટલે ઊંઘ પણ આવતી નથી.’
સ્વામીશ્રી કહે : ‘ચિંતાથી ઉજાગરા થાય જ, કારણ કે મન એવું છે. એટલે ભગવાનને પ્રાર્થના કરવી અને પરિણામની ચિંતા કર્યા વગર ભગવાન ઉપર છોડી દેવું અને ભગવાનને સંભારીને પુરુષાર્થ કરવો.’

The Greatest Advantage of a Human Body
“… Thus, there is no greater advantage of possessing this human body than being able to constantly contemplate upon God in one’s heart – just as a person engrossed in the vishays constantly contemplates upon them in his antahkaran. Such a person is also the greatest amongst all devotees of God…”
