Devotees of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Nairobi helped and participated in the International Yoga Day organized by the Indian Commission on the grounds of the Premier Club in the presence of the High commissioner of India to Kenya, HE Shri Virander Paul. More than 2,500 adults and 1,500 children from all across Nairobi participated in this event and practiced Yoga.
Other participating organizations included Hindu Swayam Sevak Sangh, Hindu Council of Kenya, South Indian Cultural Society, Yoga Kenya and Premier Club.
