Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, visited the BAPS Mandir in Sarangpur on 23rd October 2021 to meet His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj and receive his blessings.
The Chief Minister was warmly welcomed with garlands by Gnaneshwar Swami and Brahmavihari Swami. He visited Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s Smruti Mandir to pay his respects. He praised the divinity and universal work of Pramukh Swami Maharaj, specially recounting Swamishri's love for the people of Gujarat.
He then met HH Mahant Swami Maharaj and had a memorable meeting. Mahant Swami Maharaj expressed joy in knowing about Bhupendrabhai’s humility and dedication. During the meeting, Bhupendrabhai asked for blessings to serve the people of Gujarat to the best of his ability. He also prayed for peace in India and the rest of the world.
Swamishri blessed Shri Bhupendrabhai for a healthy life and for achievements that would benefit all the people of Gujarat. Swamishri gifted him with the ‘Satsang Diksha’ book and a mala as a sanctified memory of his visit to the holy village of Sarangpur.
