Devotees from across the region participated in Satsang Shibir in Robbinsville, NJ. The three-day family shibir was organized twice from August 26-28, 2017 and September 14-16, 2017 to accommodate all participants. Following the theme of Bhagya Jagya Re, the shibir organized in the presence of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj, helped participants understand how fortunate we are for being blessed with the company of God and His pragat, or ever-present, gunatit sant.
Senior Swamis from India explained how constantly thinking of the greatness of God and His gunatit sant helps us realize that their power and strength is enough for us to eradicate all of our base desires. They also explained how this also implies thinking of the glory of God’s devotees. This enables us to overlook people’s minor faults and develop a positive outlook on life and those around us.
Through his guidance and continuous vicharan, His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj encourages and inspires spiritual living, nurtures faith in all individuals, promotes family values and unity, and strengthens communities small and large.
