In the presence of various eminent national personalities, over 500 guests attended this special assembly in honor of Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
Various distinguished guests addressed the assembly.
Mr. Gurusevak Singh, representing the Chairman of Namdhari Sangat, explained how their entire Sangat prayed in Punjab and paid their final respects in Sarangpur.
Mr. Ajay Shah, an eminent businessman, recalled his memorable interactions with Swamishri.
Mr. Narendra Raval, Chairman of Devki Group, lovingly recalled Swamishri’s affection, “Children who would not listen to their parents would listen to Pramukh Swami in an instant.”
Mr. Jonathan Mueke, Deputy Governor of Nairobi, expressed, “Pramukh Swamiji has previously blessed this city and its leaders and that is why it is prospering today.”
Other speakers included Mr. Nitinbhai Malde, Chairman of Hindu Council, Mr. Rajesh Swami, Deputy Indian High Commissioner to Kenya, Dr. Heda, distinguished orthopedic surgeon and personal physician to the former president of Kenya, HE Daniel Arap Moi, Mr. Dhirajbhai Ratna, Vice Chairman of Kutchi Leva Patel Samaj, Mr. Suryakant Challa, Committee member of Pattni Brotherhood, and various other dignitaries.
The assembly concluded with a speech by Pujya Viveksagar Swami, who extolled the glory of Pramukh Swami’s life and work, and the universal messages he taught.
