The BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Levittown, PA, celebrated its Silver Jubilee with a series of events centered on the theme “My Mandir, My Home.” The events reflected the Mandir’s enduring role as a spiritual and cultural home, highlighting its impact on the community and the inspiration that has guided its growth since its inauguration by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj on August 20, 2000.

The festivities began on June 28, 2025, with the Women’s Cultural Celebration, “Yeh Mandir Mera.” More than 225 participants from toddlers to elders, shared heartfelt reflections, skits, and performances that emphasized how the Mandir has shaped spiritual journeys while empowering women in academics, careers, and family life.

The celebration continued with a Parivarik Ekta Mahapuja on July 12–13, where families from across the region gathered to offer prayers together. This collective worship reinforced unity, devotion, and a shared commitment to fostering peace throughout the world.

On September 19, swamis and youths filled the Mandir with uplifting devotional melodies during a Kirtan Aradhana. The following morning, September 20, began with a vibrant Nagar Yatra. Women devotees led the colorful procession through the streets, carrying sacred murtis and singing kirtans, spreading joy and devotion throughout the community. That evening, the concluding Cultural Program, “My Mandir, My Home,” brought the jubilee celebrations to life through dramas, dances, multimedia presentations, and personal testimonies that highlighted how the Mandir has guided and enriched multiple generations over the past 25 years.

Special guests in attendance included U.S. Representative Brian Fitzpatrick, State Representatives Jim Prokopiak and Tina Davis, Senators Frank Farry and Steve Santarsiero, Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schron, Commissioners Robert Harvie and Gene DiGirolamo, Sheriff Fred Harran, Middletown Township Manager Eden Ratliff, Police Chief Joe Bartorilla, Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, Magisterial Judge Michael Gallagher, and local candidates Chelsey Jackman and Joe Pizzo. Their presence underscored the Mandir’s significance as a pillar of faith, culture, and service in the region.

The Silver Jubilee of BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Philadelphia, honored 25 years of devotion, community service, and spiritual growth. It celebrated the Mandir’s lasting influence on individuals and families while renewing its vision to guide and uplift future generations.
