Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj established the BAPS children and youth activities. With his blessings and encouragement, development of a series of Satsang Exams curricula for children, youths and all devotees was initiated in 1967. Thereafter, in 1972, Pramukh Swami Maharaj inaugurated the Satsang Exams.
From the inception of the Satsang Exams in 1972 till 1993, the examinees’ registration, and exam results were written and documented by hand. In 1994, the Satsang Exams Division began using computers to maintain the relevant data. Now, all records have been digitized. Since 1997, examinees have been assigned a permanent 6-digit ID number so that they would not have to submit a registration form every year, as they had to in the past. Also, from around this time well-designed four-color printed certificates, which included Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s blessings, were awarded to examinees who passed their yearly Satsang Exams.
Further, many of the admin processes for the exams are also now conducted online. To add to these processes, examinees can now access and download their digital Satsang Exam Certificates for the exams they have passed since 1997 through their SEeR accounts under the ‘RESULT’ tab. Henceforth, no physical certificates will be issued by the Satsang Exams Division. We request Satsang Exam karyakars and examinees to note this change.
સત્સંગ શિક્ષણ પરીક્ષાના ડિજિટલ પ્રમાણપત્રો
બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ યોગીજી મહારાજે બાળ-યુવા પ્રવૃત્તિઓની સ્થાપના કરી. તેમના પ્રોત્સાહનથી, સત્સંગ અભ્યાસક્રમ, અને તેથી સત્સંગ પરીક્ષાઓ, બાળકો અને યુવાનો માટે 1967 માં વિકસાવવામાં આવી. યોગીજી મહારાજે પરીક્ષા પ્રવૃત્તિઓ માટે ખૂબ આશીર્વાદ આપ્યા. ત્યાર બાદ 1972માં પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજે સત્સંગ પરીક્ષાની શુભ પ્રવૃત્તિઓનો આરંભ કર્યો.
સત્સંગ શિક્ષણ પરીક્ષાઓની શરૂઆત 1972 થી 1993 માં પરીક્ષાર્થીઓની નોંધણી અને પરીક્ષાના પરિણામો હાથથી લખવામાં અને દસ્તાવેજીકરણ કરવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં. 1994 માં, પરીક્ષા વિભાગે પરીક્ષાના રેકોર્ડ લખવા માટે કમ્પ્યુટરનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. હવે તમામ રેકોર્ડ ડિજીટલ અને સુલભ છે. 1997 માં, પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને 6-અંકનો કાયમી ID નંબર આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો જેથી કરીને તેઓએ ભૂતકાળની જેમ દર વર્ષે નોંધણી ફોર્મ ભરવું ન પડે. આ સમયની આસપાસ જ સારી રીતે ડિઝાઈન કરેલ ચાર-રંગી પ્રિન્ટેડ પ્રમાણપત્રો, જેમાં પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજના આશીર્વાદનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને આપવા શરૂ થયા.
1997 ની શરૂઆતમાં પાસ કરેલ પરીક્ષાઓના ડિજિટલ પ્રમાણપત્રો તેમના SEeR એકાઉન્ટ્સ દ્વારા "RESULT" ટેબ હેઠળ મેળવી શકે છે અને ડાઉનલોડ પણ કરી શકે છે. હવેથી ભૌતિક પ્રમાણપત્રો જારી કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. સત્સંગ પરીક્ષા કાર્યકર્તાઓને વિનંતી કે આ સારા સમાચાર તમામ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને જણાવે.
