Over 5,000 devotees attended the 40th Annual Day Celebration of BAPS Swaminarayan Chhatralay, Atladara-Vadodadra in the presence of Pujya Doctor Swami.
The inspiring evening cultural program began with a ghazal in honor of Mahant Swami Maharaj and then a drama titled ‘ITJOOLO’ based on the life motto of Pramukh Swami Maharaj (In The Joy Of Others Lies Our Own), which depicted how to find stability amid unexpected calamities and how to live life with a noble spirit by doing good to others in every situation.
Then, youths performed a lyrical dance titled ‘Sant Samagam Kije’ portraying the necessity of associating with a true Sadhu. Thereafter, Pujya Doctor Swami felicitated students for their success in academic and extracurricular activities throughout the year by presenting trophies and certificates.
Dr. Vijay Srivastava, Vice Chancellor of the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao University, enlightened the assembly with his speech. The assembly concluded with an inspiring address by Pujya Doctor Swami.
