To enhance their culinary skills, BAPS youths from throughout Australia participated in the cooking competitions held at BAPS centers in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. A total of 21 teams comprising over 100 youths took part in the competitions, preparing vegetarian delicacies including, salads, starters, main courses and desserts. In addition to traditional North Indian and South Indian cuisine, the youths also prepared Mexican, Thai, Italian and other dishes.
