A three day karyakar shibir was organised in three centers on the African continent. The shibir was attended by 1100 karyakars from across Africa. The shibir took place in the month of May in three different locations - Nairobi (Kenya), Lilongwe (Malawi) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

The karyakars actively participated in dramas and quiz, they were shown motivational videos and skits, the karyakars shared their personal experiences, took part in group discussions, activities and games. At the end they were shown discourses of senior sadhus who spoke at length about attaining swamibapa's rajipo and motivated them to do selfless seva.
At the end of the shibir, karyakars had a clearer goal of attaining “rãjipo” of Bhagwan and his sadhus. The karyakars felt motivated to perform their assigned seva enthusiastically. The shibir left an unforgettable impression on the minds of the karyakars.
