The year 2016 (Samvat 2072) marks the 100th anniversary of Sarangpur Mandir. During the 10-day grand celebrations, which began on May 4 and will end with the main assembly on May 13, different events are celebrated each evening in the divine presence of Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
On this evening, Swamishri initiated 20 youths into the parshad order, with the permission and blessings of their parents. Five of the youths are the only sons of their parents, a testimony to the dedication and devotion of the parents in making this unique contribution to satsang. Of these 20 youths, one holds an MBA, five have a masters degree, and ten of them are engineers.
Swamishri has inspired a higher way of life for these dedicated young individuals, a life that is dedicated to God and society.
