From 26th August to 4th September 2014, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Melbourne, was blessed by the presence of Pujya Brahmadarshan Swami and Pujya Adarshmuni Swami, who touched the lives of devotees to help them become better satsangis.

Samuh Puja was organised for all devotees and different sessions were held for bal-balika, kishore-kishori and yuvak-yuvati mandals.

‘Anktarkhoj and Gnansatra’ shibirs were held on 30th and 31st August 2014 for the elder devotees. A large number of devotees attended these sessions and were enchanted and motivated with the spiritual empowerment gained through these enriched knowledge sessions.

A parayan on “Shanti no Rajmarg – Shrimad Bhagwat Gita Parayan,” was held between 30th August to 3rd September. The highlight of this Parayan was the knowledge on leading a peaceful life through better relationships between family members and by nurturing the character of children. Devotees were also given the opportunity to enhance their knowledge through questionnaire sessions conducted after the parayan.

Satsang sabhas were held in Clayton & Laverton, the south eastern & western suburbs of Melbourne. Pujya Brahmadarshan Swami delivered spiritual discourses on “Jivan Jivava Ni Kala”. Many local devotees and well-wishers left in a jovial mood with spiritual enlightenment and an inspiration to live a better and peaceful life.

The last day assembly was held at Geelong, a regional area of Melbourne on the 4th September 2014, which was attended by many local well-wishers.

Many devotees gained from attending the shibirs and parayan, realizing the need to strengthen spirituality in their lives and pledging to perform daily puja, apply tilak-chandlo, hold ghar sabha and regularly attend the weekly satsang assembly.
