On Saturday 30 November 2013, Nairobi Mahila Mandal organized a special mothers’ conference entitled “Saachi Maa”.
The Nairobi Mahila Mandal presented various discourses on how mothers can successfully develop their children spiritually, educationally, intellectually and culturally. An awe-inspiring video depicting a drama related to the topic was also shown. The participants were further inspired to develop their children’s personality through the medium of ghar sabha and encouraging their children to take part in all the activities held at the mandir.
The conference concluded with a dance by balikas and kishoris, offering their respects at the feet of their parents.
