On 1 April 2012, Kuwait Satsang Mandal celebrated the birthdays of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and Bhagwan Ram.
The youths began the celebration assembly by singing the dhun, prarthana, stuti, and bhajans of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and Shri Ram. They then presented speeches and a special video. Thereafter, the balaks presented a traditional dance based on the bhajan 'Ghanshyam! Ghanshyam! mari sathe ramva…'.
Then the balaks performed solo skits based on the following stories from Ghanshyam Charitra: the greedy confectioner, the evil fisherman, Kalidatt and the ghosts in the well.
The skits taught the message that to please God one must lead a righteous, devout life.
The assembly concluded with the celebration of Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s birth at 10.10 p.m.
