On 12th August, 2012, BAPS volunteers visited 'Kunduchi Shafri Centre' in Kunduchi, which is an administrative ward in the Kinondoni district of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.
The volunteers were received at the orphanage by the caretaker. After an initial introductory speech, the volunteers distributed the food items. The essentials donated to the home included water, juice, rice, beans etc. The caretaker and children thanked the volunteers for the amenities and for organizing this activity during the holy month of Ramazan to aid their fasting.
