National Satsang Development Committee & West Regional Office coordinated a shibir at the Los Angeles BAPS Temple for West Region Karyakars under the guidance of P.Uttamcharan Swami and P. Kaivlyamurti Swami. The theme of the Shibir was "Thai ek m’naa prabhu bhajie". The theme based on Swami Bapa's quote, embodied the power of working together as one team by learning to let go, tolerate and be flexible. All karyakars, including Mandir Coordinators, Regional Coordinators, Mahila Coordinators and Sabha Sanchalaks, Satsang Network Coordinators, Zone Leaders from both wings, had participated. The objective of this shibir was to improve implementation of satsang & network projects and also improve regional infrastructure & coordination by bringing karyakars from different centers in a common forum. P. Uttamcharan Swami explained the glory of Satsang Vikas Seva in a keynote speech. He mentioned that Satsang Vikas ni Seva is “Sadhana, Yog & Dhyan” for karyakar and by doing it with “Gaurav, Mahima & Asmita”, karyakars can truly please Maharaj-Swami & Pramukh Swami Maharaj.

After that parallel sessions began for gents & ladies karyakars. In these sessions SDC/Regional Office/ROC seva, Project management, Roles and Responsibility for Pravrutti Karyakar Seva were presented. Mahila Karyakars had sessions for Kumbh, telephone sampark, atmiyata parva, mahila ravi sabha and mahila samaiya. Gents karyakar had parallel tracks for Ravisabha & Samaiya, Satsang Network-Parasabha and Region Development-Remote Center. P. Kaivlyamurti Swami talked about Balance in Satsang. He explained the need to balance seva, personal satsang and family time. Followed by this speech there was a group discussion on the same subject by all participants. The climax of shibir was next year's resolution prepared by each center through an interactive workshop based on what they learnt from this shibir. The Shibir ended with Swami Bapa's video ashirwad, aarti and smruti bhet distributed by P. Santos.
