Please take note of the following:

• The 97th birthday celebration assembly will take place on Monday, November 27, 2017, Magshar sud 8, in the evening from 5:00 to 8:00pm.
• Entry into the main sabha will be after 3:00pm.
• Devotees arriving on that day should not go for Thakorji’s darshan at Anand or Vidhyanagar mandir, but instead, reach the sabha directly. Darshan will be displayed there live on the screen.
• Those who have difficulty in crowds, have fragile health, or are senior citizens, are recommended to not attend the festival.

Regarding Accommodation:

• Devotees from Gujarat:
  • Should arrive on the day of the festival, as accommodation arrangements for devotees from Gujarat will not be available. We request your assistance in these arrangements.
• Devotees from abroad and those from outside Gujarat:
  • Accommodation will be available from Sunday, November 26. Hence, anyone requiring accommodation should not arrive before November 26.
  • Devotees from abroad or from outside Gujarat should not request accommodation for their friends or family from Gujarat.
  • Devotees from overseas or from outside Gujarat with personal homes or relatives in nearby towns and cities are requested to stay there and arrive on the day of the celebration.

Registration for Accommodation

• Registration for accommodation must be completed online at www.baps.org before November 1, 2017. A confirmation number via email will be sent upon registration. Due to the large number of devotees, accommodations will be provided either in or around Anand city. Please keep your vehicle with you.
• If for any reason the need to cancel or change your request arises, please contact the accommodation office immediately.

For Hotel Booking
Any devotees wishing to reserve a hotel room should contact the Anand Accommodations Department (number provided below) to receive information regarding nearby hotels. Subsequently, they should deal with the hotel directly.

Please Note:

·         From November 18, 2017 to November 26, 2017, Swamishri’s Puja darshan in the morning, discourses by sadhus, and other various cultural programs will take place in ‘Akshar Farm’. Devotees from Anand and nearby areas are all welcome. However, accommodations will not be available for those days.

•  જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવ તા. 27-11- 2017, માગશર સુદ 8, સોમવારના રોજ સાંજે 5:00 થી 8:00 દરમ્યાન ઉજવાશે.
• જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવની મુખ્ય સભા માટે સભાસ્થળે પ્રવેશ બપોરે 3:00 વાગ્યા પછી પ્રાપ્ત થશે.
• મહોત્સવના દિવસે કોઈપણ હરિભક્તે આણંદ કે વિદ્યાનગર મંદિરે દર્શન માટે ન જતાં સીધા જ મહોત્સવ સ્થળે પહોચવું. સભા પૂર્વે ઠાકોરજીનાં લાઈવ દર્શન સમયે સમયે થતાં રહેશે.
• જેમને ભીડમાં તકલીફ પડે તેવા અતિવૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત હરિભક્તો ઉત્સવમાં ન આવે એ ઇચ્છનીય છે. તેઓ મહોત્સવનું જીવંત પ્રસારણ ઘરે બેઠાં માણી શકશે.

• ગુજરાતના હરિભક્તો મહોત્સવના દિવસે નીકળી ઉત્સવ સમયે આણંદ પહોંચી શકશે. આથી ગુજરાતના કોઈપણ હરિભક્તો માટે ઉત્સવના દિવસે આણંદ કે બોચાસણમાં ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં, તો વ્યવસ્થામાં સહકાર આપવા વિનંતી.
• ફક્ત પરપ્રાંત અને પરદેશના હરિભક્તોને તા. 26-11- 2017, રવિવારના દિવસે જન્મજયંતી ઉતારા વિભાગ તરફથી ઉતારો પ્રાપ્ત થશે.આવનાર હરિભક્તો ઉપર જણાવેલ દિવસ કરતાં વહેલાં ન આવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.
• ઉતારા માટે www.baps.org વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી તા. 01-11- 2017, બુધવાર સુધીમાં ઉતારા રિક્વેસ્ટ ફોર્મ ભરી સબમીટ કરવાથી આપને રજીસ્ટ્રેશનનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર તથા કન્ફર્મેશન ઇમેલ પણ પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આ ઉત્સવમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો પધારનાર હોવાથી ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા આણંદ કે આજુબાજુના વિસ્તારોમાં અનુકૂળતા પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે. આ માટે આપનું વાહન અવશ્ય સાથે રાખવું.
• પરદેશથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તને આણંદની નજીકમાં પોતાનું કે સંબંધીનું નિવાસસ્થાન હોય તો ઉતારો ત્યાં જ રાખવો. અને પરદેશ અને પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તો ગુજરાતમાં રહેતા પોતાના સ્નેહીજનોને ઉતારા માટે પોતાની સાથે ન લાવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.
• કોઈ કારણસર ઉત્સવમાં આવવાનો કાર્યક્રમ રદ થાય અથવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિઓની સંખ્યામાં ફેરફાર થાય તો આણંદ ઉતારા વિભાગને વહેલી તકે અવશ્ય જાણ કરવી.

• જે હરિભક્તો હોટલમાં રૂમ બુક કરાવવા ઇચ્છતા હોય, તેમણે મહોત્સવ-સ્થળની નજીક આવેલી હોટલોની વિગત માટે નીચે આપેલા ફોન નંબર પર સંપર્ક કરવો. ત્યાંથી હોટલોની માહિતી મેળવ્યા બાદ આપને હોટલ સાથે સીધો વ્યવહાર કરવાનો રહેશે.

• તા. 18-11- 2017 થી 26-11- 2017 દરમ્યાન ‘અક્ષરફાર્મ’ માં પ્રાતઃપૂજાદર્શન, સંત વ્યાખ્યાનમાળા તેમજ વિવિધ સાંસ્કૃતિક કાર્યક્રમોનો લાભ મળશે. આણંદ ઉપરાંત નજીકના વિસ્તારના હરિભક્તો તેનો લાભ લઈ શકશે, પરંતુ આ દિવસોમાં બહારગામના હરિભક્તો માટે ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં.
