આપણે તો દાસ છીએ
અમદાવાદના સુરેશભાઈ પટેલ ગીતાના અભ્યાસી છે. તેઓ ડૉ. સુબ્રહ્મણ્યમના પણ મિત્ર છે. સ્વામીશ્રીને તેઓ કહે : 'જેમ ભગવાન કરોડોને નિયંત્રણમાં રાખે છે, એમ આપ પણ લાખોનું નિયમન કરો છો, એટલે મારા મતે તો તમે ભગવાન જ છો.'
સ્વામીશ્રી કહે : 'સંતમાં રહીને ભગવાન જ કામ કરે છે. આપણે તો દાસ છીએ, સેવક છીએ.'

Result of Having a Grudge with Devotees
“… However, if one is hurt by the words of devotees of God – as if one has been shot in the heart by some arrows – and if a grudge develops from that hatred to such an extent that it is not resolved as long as one lives, then such a person is like an outcast. Even if such a person possesses virtues such as dharma and renunciation or performs austerities, it is all worthless. In fact, even if he endeavours in a million other ways, his jiva will not attain liberation.”
