Due to the severe and unpredictable situation created worldwide by the spread of the coronavirus, the International Vachanamrut Bicentenary Celebration scheduled for Tuesday, 10 March 2020 in Gadhada has been cancelled. Over 100,000 devotees were expected to attend this historic celebration.
Even though till date, no confirmed cases of coronavirus infection have been documented in Gujarat and the local situation is not of overt concern, thousands of devotees from other states throughout India and countries around the world were expected to attend. To prevent a potential public health and safety issue, the celebration has been cancelled.
Moreover, the five days of events prior to the main international celebration will now be attended only by local devotees of Gadhada and the nearby region.
In addition, we strongly urge that if you, your family members, friends and other contacts have cough, fever or other flu-like symptoms, please seek prompt and appropriate medical care. To safeguard individual and public health is our collective responsibility.

જાહેર સ્વાસ્થ્યની સુરક્ષા માટે બીએપીએસ સંસ્થા દ્વારા ઉજવાનાર આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વચનામૃત દ્વિશતાબ્દી મહોત્સવ બંધ રખાયો છે
વિશ્વના અનેક દેશોમાં સર્જાયેલી કોરોના વાયરસની ગંભીર અને અનિશ્ચિત સમસ્યાને લક્ષમાં લઈને, બીએપીએસ સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થા દ્વારા તા. 10-3-2020ના રોજ ગઢડા ખાતે ઉજવાનાર આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વચનામૃત દ્વિશતાબ્દી મહોત્સવ બંધ રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે, જેમાં એક લાખથી વધુ ભક્તો ઉપસ્થિત રહેવાના હતા. જો કે ગુજરાતમાં અત્યાર સુધી તેવો કોઈ બનાવ નોંધાયો નથી અને સ્થાનિક રીતે પરિસ્થિતિ ભયજનક ન હોવા છતાં, આ મહોત્સવમાં ભારતનાં અનેક રાજ્યો તેમજ વિદેશના પણ હજારો હરિભક્તો આવવાના હોઈ ગુજરાતના જાહેર સ્વાસ્થ્યની જાળવણી માટે આ મહોત્સવ બંધ રાખવાનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. સર્વે હરિભક્તોએ તેની નોંધ લેવી.
આ મુખ્ય આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય મહોત્સવ પૂર્વે પંચ દિવસીય વચનામૃત દ્વિશતાબ્દી પર્વ યોજાયું છે, તેમાં ફક્ત સ્થાનિક ભક્તો જ લાભ લેશે, અન્ય કોઈ સ્થળોના ભક્તો-ભાવિકોએ લાભ લેવા જવું નહીં.
આ ઉપરાંત સૌને ખાસ નિવેદન કરવાનું કે વ્યક્તિગત, પારિવારિક કે આસપાસના વર્તુળમાં કોઈને પણ શરદી, તાવ, ઉધરસ કે તેવાં ચિન્હો દેખાય તો સત્વરે યોગ્ય મેડિકલ તપાસ કરાવીએ અને પોતાના તથા અન્યના સ્વાસ્થ્યની જાળવણી કરીએ.
