Your consultant will make an entry for discharge on your case sheet. After this, the resident doctors shall prepare the discharge card. Your nurse will assist you in the discharge process which may take few hours to complete the process. Then the file is sent to the inpatient reception for clearance, after which the final bill is prepared, taking into account all the deposits. Once your final bill is generated, you are expected to clear your dues by paying cash or by a credit/debit card.
