Murti Pratishtha Mahotsav at BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, Junagadh
In the assembly hall of the BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir - Junagadh, the installation (Pratishtha) of the new marble murtis of Shri Aksharpurushottam Maharaj was performed by Sadguruvarya Param Pujya Doctor Swami.
Day 1: Wednesday, June 17, 2026:- A grand Nagar Yatra was organized, featuring the participation of the revered swamis of the Junagadh mandir, the Vidyamandir band group, and over 1,200 students studying in the hostel. To mark the conclusion of the Nagar Yatra, Param Pujya Doctor Swami, the swamis, and the students offered their devotional tribute by performing the Arti. The evening concluded with a spectacular fireworks display.
Day 2: Thursday, June 18, 2026 A Mahapuja was held in honor of the installation ceremony. Following this, Param Pujya Doctor Swami performed the installation rituals for the new marble murtis. Along with this, a grand Annakut consisting of over 150 food items prepared by the teachers was offered to the deities.
Doctor Swami and the swamis performed the Arti of Aksharpurushottam Maharaj, after which a beautiful, artistic garland crafted by the teachers was adorned upon Param Pujya Doctor Swami by the swamis. During the Murti Pratishtha Mahotsav evening assembly, Pujya Doctor Swami provided the students with inspiring guidance regarding higher education and hard work (purusharth). Ultimately, this two-day Pratishtha festival was celebrated with great grandeur and devotion.
BAPS સ્વામિનારાયણ વિદ્યામંદિર, જૂનાગઢ ખાતે મૂર્તિ પ્રતિષ્ઠા મહોત્સવ
BAPS સ્વામિનારાયણ વિદ્યામંદિર - જૂનાગઢના સભામંડપમાં સદ્ગુરુવર્ય પરમ પૂજ્ય ડોક્ટર સ્વામીના હસ્તે શ્રી અક્ષરપુરુષોત્તમ મહારાજની નૂતન આરસની મૂર્તિઓની પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરવામાં આવી હતી.
દિવસ ૧: બુધવાર, ૧૭ જૂન ૨૦૨૬ આ દિવસે એક ભવ્ય નગરયાત્રાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું, જેમાં જૂનાગઢ મંદિરના પૂજ્ય સંતો, વિદ્યામંદિરનું બેન્ડ ગ્રુપ તથા છાત્રાલયમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા ૧૨૦૦ થી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. નગરયાત્રાની પૂર્ણાહુતિ નિમિત્તે પરમ પૂજ્ય ડોકટર સ્વામી, સંતો તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આરતી ઉતારી ભક્તિ અર્ઘ્ય અર્પણ કર્યું હતું. અંતમાં ભવ્ય આતશબાજી પણ કરવામાં આવી હતી.
દિવસ ૨: ગુરુવાર, ૧૮ જૂન ૨૦૨૬ મૂર્તિ પ્રતિષ્ઠા નિમિત્તે મહાપૂજા કરવામાં આવી હતી, ત્યારબાદ પરમ પૂજ્ય ડોક્ટર સ્વામી દ્વારા નૂતન આરસની મૂર્તિઓની વૈદિક વિધિથી પ્રતિષ્ઠા કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ મંગળ પ્રસંગે શિક્ષકોએ જાતે બનાવેલી ૧૫૦થી વધુ વાનગીઓનો ભવ્ય અન્નકૂટ ભગવાનને ધરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
પૂજ્ય ડોક્ટર સ્વામી તથા સંતોએ અક્ષરપુરુષોત્તમ મહારાજની આરતી ઉતારી હતી. ત્યારબાદ શિક્ષકો દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવેલો સુંદર અને કલાત્મક હાર સંતો દ્વારા પરમ પૂજ્ય ડોક્ટર સ્વામીને પહેરાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો. રાત્રે મૂર્તિ પ્રતિષ્ઠા મહોત્સવની વિશેષ સભામાં પૂજ્ય ડોક્ટર સ્વામીએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ અને જીવનમાં પુરુષાર્થ વિશે અત્યંત પ્રેરક માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું. આ દ્વિ-દિવસીય મૂર્તિ પ્રતિષ્ઠા મહોત્સવ ખૂબ જ ધામધૂમ અને ભક્તિભાવ પૂર્વક ઉજવવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
