20 April’22, we had a special guest on our campus, Mr. Sridhar Rajagopalan, Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer of EI Asset. Sridhar Rajagopalan is the founder of Eklavya School and is an educational entrepreneur who has helped change the way student-learning outcomes are seen in India.
Mr. Ritesh Gadhia (Joint Secretary of BAPS Sanstha and Member of Campus Committee), Mr. Mithun Khandwala (Academic Director), Ms. Neeta Shah (Campus Director) and Mr. Bharat Mavadia (Assistant Director), welcomed the chief guest.
We had a very good interaction with him regarding the teaching learning process. All the teachers actively participated and asked questions related to the problems faced in teaching learning in classrooms. Questions were related to balancing the fun activities with syllabus completion, Bridging the learning gap, Ensuring reliability in testing across the schools, encouraging learning after pandemic, self directed learning.
Mr. Shridhar Gopalan talked about the Evolution of Science of Medicine. As a conclusion, he stressed the importance of concept building and understanding of the students.
