This training programme covered the aspects of:-

The Main Objective of the training session was “TIME MANAGEMENT” . The Member of school management committees Mr. Sanjaybhai Patel guided the teachers on the principles of The TIME MANAGEMENT & GOAL SETTING. Pujya Punya Kirtan Swamiji gave a lecture on “God is the only creator and destroyer”.
Pujya Tyag Vatsal Swamiji’s lecture was on “Importance of Women in Swaminarayan Sampraday ”. He cleared all the doubts about the women’s position in Sampraday.
The last session of the workshop was based on subjective training. In this session teachers were divided in groups. Like teachers who teach Mathematics, Science, English and other languages (Gujarati, Hindi, Sanskrit). Professionals were hired to train and guide teachers in their subjects. It helped teachers to improve students’ learning ability in their particular subject.
