Natural Disaster is something that can strike at any time, any place and usually without prior notice. “School Safety Week” was celebrated at our campus from 25th June to 29th June in order to educate the students and make them aware of the nuances of the Saftey during various natural or man-made disasters.
Under the aegis of this program, the assembly area was decorated with slogans and charts for safety during various calamities. Various informative articles were also displayed for protection against fire, earthquake, and road accidents.
On 28th June, an ambulance 108 was brought at Bhakti Marg. The staff, Mr.Vipul Patel, and Mr. Alpesh Solanki explained different types of physical traumas and emergencies. They demonstrated various medical instruments, stretchers etc. The students were also explained how to make “Toll-Free Call” in emergencies.
Fire safety training was carried out on the next day where first the teachers participated in this activity and then students were informed and explained about the same.
A special seminar was conducted for First aid by Dr. Binal Mandanka which made the students aware emergency and first response to the same.
