Ongoing training and inputs from experts are very important to enhance the quality of work by individuals. Such Teacher Training was carried out at BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir, Randesan for teachers by Dr. Mayur Patadia on 31st December and 1st January. Dr. Mayur Patadia is Director Principal along with his extensive research in the education of students. He is also certified Master Trainer by CBSE, India.
A special training session was organized where the topics like Aims and Objectives of Education, Role of a Teacher in society, Elements of Teaching Learning Process ( Cognitive Engagement, Emotional Engagement, Behavioural Engagement ), Multiple Intelligence etc were eloberated and its implementation in the real-life scenario was discussed.
He also held a special 2-hour session with the students of std 9 to teach them study and memory techniques that would help them with their studies.
Both the sessions were highly enriching for all the participants.
