Bridge course 2017 was arranged from 21st May 2017 to 3rd June 2017 with the aim of assisting the students with learning gaps in language and communication. 223 studnents participated in this bridge course which was run through 12 mentors in group of 20 approx.
DIfferent sessions were designed to enhance their dialy functional English with sessions like Meeting, greeting and introduction; Family and friends; Daily routine; Festivals and celebrations; Ongoing activities; Shopping etc.
On all days, after lunch there were creative sessions wherein students have prepared word wall, charts, posters , greeting cards and many other creative things through which they have made a real life use of English language.
Apart from these, the core sessions were also activity based, in which they have been involved in various activities like role play, reading aloud, language games, skits, songs, real life conversations, story telling, etc.
Test were taken before and after the Bridge Course and Report Card was given to each parent on 4th June, 2017.
