Hundreds of devotees gathered to celebrate India's Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav in the presence of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj. The ceremony featured the singing of 'Vande Mataram' – India's national song and 'Jana Gana Mana...' – India's national anthem. Everyone stood to attention as Mahant Swami Maharaj unfurled and saluted the Indian Tricolor. In his blessings, he paid tribute to all of India's freedom fighters and everyone who has contributed to the nation's progress, prosperity and peace.
