Yoga

Yoga is an ancient, extremely subtle science, that unites the body, mind and the soul. The purpose of yoga is to establish harmony between body and mind which leads to healthy and disease free life. The therapeutic uses of yoga is well known. Yoga therapy primarily comprises of yogic kriyas, asana, pranayama, eye exercises and relaxation techniques. We teach disease specific yogasanas and pranayamas depending on the patient’s condition.
Weight management Exercise in a form of Power Yoga and Dynamic Yoga also a part of Nirmaya.

Yogic Kriyas

Yogic Kriyas  includes Dhauti, Neti, Laghu Shankh Prakshalan (LSP) etc. which are cleansing practices that purifies the body to get good health.

Yogasana

Yogasana  are postures, the purpose of which is to create strength, awareness and stability in both body and mind.

Pranayama

Pranayama  are breathing practices that purifies and heals our body system.

Relaxation

Yoga Nidra relaxation technique is taught in Niramaya. It is a helpful tool for coping with stress and promoting long term health.
