This celebration honors the births of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, whose philosophy is the core of the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, and Bhagwan Ram, whose life and ideals are the inspiration of the Ramayana. The teachings and messages of Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s and Bhagwan Ram’s lives will be presented through spiritual discourses and a youth-led cultural program.

BAPS Charities In the Joy of Others Walk-Run in Dallas, TX, is an event to celebrate the most fundamental element of any community – families – and inspires tens of thousands of people to carry forth the spirit of service. 

The walk, like all BAPS Charities activities, is driven by the belief that In the Joy of Others, Lies Our Own.  Please join us this year on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 8 AM.
