Over 800 devotees and well-wishers participated in the Vedic mahapuja for the Shilanyas Ceremony of the new BAPS mandir in Panchkula conducted in the presence of Pujya Ishwarcharandas Swami.
In Ahmedabad, on 28 March 2024, Mahant Swami Maharaj had sanctified five stone shilas. Together with the nidhi kumbha, these shilas were ceremoniously placed by Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami in the foundation pit of the mandir.
The ceremony was followed by an assembly in which Munivatsal Swami and Dharmavatsal Swami spoke about the growth of the satsang in this region and the need for a beautiful mandir. Pujya Ishwarcharandas Swami conveyed Mahant Swami Maharaj’s message and blessings for the auspicious occasion.
Among the dignitaries present were Shri Gian Chand Gupta, Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, and Shri Kulbhushan Goyal, Mayor of Panchkula.
