To strengthen the values of devotion, dedication, discipline and service among karyakars and guide them in their satsang volunteer duties, the Satsang Pravrutti Central Office conducted Karyakar Shibirs in South India based on the theme 'Gunatit ka Manas Chitra'.
Around 350 BAPS volunteers from the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh attended the Karyakar Shibir held in Hyderabad on 9–10 March 2024.
About 300 BAPS volunteers from the state of Karnataka attended the Karyakar Shibir held in Bengaluru on 16–17 March 2024.
