On the grounds adjacent to BAPS Mandir, Himmatnagar, 333 yagna kunds were set up. On the mornings of 23 and 24 December, 4,795 couples participated in offering prayers in the Yagna for World Peace.
On the afternoon of 23 December, a special Women’s Assembly was held.
In the evening, the Bal Din assembly highlighted how the weekly BAPS children’s assemblies strengthen values, education and spirituality among youngsters.
On the evening of 24 December, the Yuva Din assembly inspired the observance of traditional values, responsible use of the internet, mobiles and social media, respect for parents, community service and practice of personal spirituality in today’s youths.
On the morning of 25 December, the 10th patotsav rituals were performed in the mandir shrines.
In the evening, the main celebration assembly emphasized the importance of and continuing relevance of mandirs even in this rapidly changing modern age.
