Over 15,000 devotees gathered to celebrate the 230th Birth Anniversary of Aksharbrahman Gunatitanand Swami in the presence of Pujya Keshavjivan Swami (Mahant Swami), Pujya Bhaktipriya Swami (Kothari Swami), Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami, Pujya Ishwarcharan Swami and Pujya Viveksagar Swami at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (Akshar Mandir) in Gondal.
Based on the theme ‘Swami Sukhkari’, the sadguru and other senior swamis spoke on the topics of Why Aksharbrahman Incarnated, Matchless Glory of Aksharbrahman, Gunatitanand Swami – Granter of Worldly Joy to Devotees, Gunatitanand Swami – Provider of Social Happiness, Gunatitanand Swami – Blessing All with Spiritual Joy and Pramukh Swami Maharaj – Continuing the Joyous Gunatit Tradition. Interspersed between the speeches, bhajans describing the glory of Gunatitanand Swami were sung and the five traditional artis were performed. Also, children and youths added to the colorful celebrations by presenting short skits and a traditional dance.
