More than 40 devotees gathered for a one-day Satsang shibir themed ‘Kariye Raji Ghanshyam’, held in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday 4 August 2012.
The shibir was structured around three key Satsang concepts – mahima, milan and mamattva – to develop a deeper spiritual understanding of God, fellow devotees and the Satsang fellowship as a whole.
Sadhus from BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in London delivered enlightening discourses. In addition, a number of exercises and discussions were also organised to keep the sessions interactive.
Following the shibir, the participants also celebrated Dabra Utsav (a family picnic) on Sunday 5 August 2012 at Wicklow, on the east coast of the island.
All the participants thoroughly enjoyed the event, leaving inspired to build upon their personal and collective Satsang activities in their respective centres.
