As a part of annual science field trip, the students of grade 9 participated in scientific talk series hosted at Science City, Gujarat on 23.03.2019 to participate in World Meteorology Day. Scientist Emeritus, C M Nagrani emphasized on judicious use of natural resources. He motivated students to gain technical knowledge of alternative sources like solar energy. Later, students understood the principle of device used to measure weather conditions like an anemometer, barometer, and thermometer. Students enjoyed observing hot noon sun using protective glasses. Few students participated in scientific interactions.
Towards the end, students visited various scientific galleries and observed 3D movie on walking on the moon.
