There has been an outbreak of Swine Flu in Gujarat and other parts of India. As cases continue to increase day by day, it is strongly advised that all should avoid mass public gatherings in order to contain the disease. Hence, senior sadhus and trustees have taken the following decisions in consultation with health experts.
Pushpadolotsav - Cancelled
As per the guidance of senior sadhus, this year's Pushpadolotsav (Fuldol utsav) which was to be held in Sarangpur on 6 March 2015 has been cancelled.
Satsang Sabhas - Cancelled
For the time being and till further notice, all weekly mandir and para sabhas in India are cancelled. During this period, all devotees are requested to conduct ghar sabhas instead of the mandir sabhas. Instead of Mandir Sabha, devotees are advised to read one Vachanamrut, five Swami ni Vato and one page of the Patrika section from the Swaminarayan Prakash newsletter.
Swamishri's Darshan
Public darshan of Param Pujya Swamishri in Sarangpur will also be discontinued until further notice, from February 25th onwards. Therefore no one should travel to Sarangpur for the time being.
All devotees are requested to continue taking precautions to avoid spreading the infection.
સ્વાઈન ફ્લુને કારણે સામાજિક ફરજ સમજીને બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થા દ્વારા લેવાયેલા નિર્ણયો
તાજેતરમાં સ્વાઈન ફ્લુના વધતા જતા ઉપદ્રવને કારણે જાહેર સ્વાસ્થ્યને લક્ષમાં રાખીને, પરમ પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજની પ્રેરણાથી બી.એ.પી.એસ. સ્વામિનારાયણ સંસ્થાએ લીધેલા નીચે મુજબના મહત્ત્વના નિર્ણયોની નોંધ લેવા સૌને નમ્ર વિનંતી.
ફૂલદોલ ઉત્સવ મોકૂફ
છઠ્ઠી માર્ચ, 2015ના રોજ તીર્થધામ સારંગપુર ખાતે ઉજવાનાર ધૂળેટી-ફુલદોલનો ઉત્સવ હાલ પૂરતો મોકૂફ રાખ્યો છે.
બાળ-યુવા-મહિલા-સંયુક્ત સત્સંગ સભાઓ હાલ પૂરતી મોકૂફ
સંસ્થા દ્વારા સંચાલિત અઠવાડિક સત્સંગ સભાઓ (બાળ-યુવા-મહિલા- સંયુક્ત સભાઓ) જાહેર સ્વાસ્થ્યને લક્ષમાં રાખીને હાલ પૂરતી એ તમામ સત્સંગ સભાઓ પણ મોકૂફ રાખવામાં આવી છે. પૂજ્ય પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજની પ્રેરણાથી સંસ્થા દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે આ સમય દરમિયાન સૌએ જાહેર સત્સંગને બદલે પોતાના ઘરોમાં રહીને ઘર સત્સંગસભાનો અવશ્ય લાભ લેવો.
પરમ પૂજ્ય સ્વામીશ્રીનાં દર્શન-કાર્યક્રમો મોકૂફ
સારંગપુર ખાતે બિરાજમાન પરમ પૂજ્ય સ્વામીશ્રીના દર્શન-કાર્યક્રમો પણ પૂજ્ય મોટેરા સંતોની આજ્ઞા મુજબ હાલ પૂરતા મોકૂફ રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે. આથી, પુનઃ જણાવવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી હરિભક્તોએ સારંગપુર ખાતે પરમ પૂજ્ય સ્વામીશ્રીનાં દર્શન માટે જવું નહીં.
જાહેર આરોગ્યની સુરક્ષા માટે આટલું કરીએ
સ્વાઈન ફ્લુ અંગે જાહેર જાગૃતિ આણવા માટે પણ બી.એ.પી.એસ. સંસ્થા પ્રયત્નશીલ છે.
શરદી, ઉધરસ, કફ કે તાવ જેવી તકલીફ થાય તો તાત્કાલિક ડૉક્ટરને બતાવો, અન્ય લોકોને તેનો ચેપ ન લાગે તે માટે બીજાથી દૂર રહો અથવા કોઈને એવાં ચિહ્નો હોય તો તેનાથી સલામત રહો. વારંવાર હાથ સાબુથી સાફ કરો. મોં, નાક કે આંખનો હાથથી સ્પર્શ કરશો નહીં. અને જો સ્પર્શ કરો હોય તો હાથ સાબુથી ધોઈને કરશો. સ્પર્શ કર્યા પછી પુનઃ હાથ સાબુથી ધોઈ નાંખશો. સવાર-સાંજ હળદર-મીઠાના નવશેકા પાણીથી કોગળા કરો. બજારુ ખાણી-પાણીનો ત્યાગ કરો. જાહેર મેળાવડાઓમાં જવાનું મુલતવી રાખો.
