It is a matter of great joy for the entire BAPS family that the 92nd Janmajayanti Mahotsav (Birthday Celebration) of Pragat Brahmaswarup Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj will be celebrated with divinity and grandeur in his very presence in Vadodara.We heartily invite you all to take advantage of this invaluable opportunity.
To ensure the convenience of the devotees attending this festival, please note the following important instructions:

The Janmajayanti Mahotsav will be celebrated on Monday, 2 February 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Entry to the main assembly venue will be granted after 3:00 PM.

Kindly do not visit the Atladara and Chansad Mandir for Darshan on the day of the festival, as there is no parking available near the temple. Please proceed directly to the Mahotsav venue. Live darshan of Thakorji will be broadcast periodically before the main assembly begins.

Considering the expected large crowds, it is recommended that the very elderly and frail devotees who may experience difficulty in crowds do not attend the festival. They can enjoy the live broadcast of the Mahotsav from their homes.
Regarding Accommodations(Utara)

Devotees from Gujarat and Mumbai will be able to depart from their homes and arrive in Vadodara by the time of the Mahotsav. Therefore, accommodation arrangements will not be available for devotees from these regions on the day of the celebration. We kindly request your cooperation with these arrangements.

Only for devotees from outside of Gujarat and abroad (Parprant and Pardesh) on Sunday, 1 February 2026. It is advisable that devotees requiring accommodation do not arrive before that day.

To register for accommodation, please submit the Utara Request Form on the www.baps.org website by 20 January 2026. You will receive a confirmation number upon successful registration.

Due to the large number of attendees expected, accommodation will be provided in Vadodara or nearby areas as per availability. You are advised to keep your personal vehicle with you.

Devotees arriving from abroad who have their own residence or a relative’s residence nearby in Vadodara are requested to arrange their accommodation there.

To maintain the arrangements, devotees arriving from outside of Gujarat and abroad are requested not to bring their friends or relatives residing in Gujarat for accommodation.

If, for any reason, your program to attend the festival is cancelled or the number of attendees changes, please immediately inform the Vadodara Accommodation Office.

સમગ્ર BAPS પરિવાર માટે ખૂબ જ આનંદની વાત છે કે પ્રગટ બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ પરમ પૂજ્ય મહંત સ્વામી મહારાજનો ૯૨મો જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવ એમની જ ઉપસ્થિતિમાં દિવ્યતા અને ભવ્યતાથી વડોદરા ખાતે ઊજવાશે. આ અણમોલ અવસરનો લાભ લેવા આપ સૌને હાર્દિક નિમંત્રણ છે.
આ ઉત્સવનો લાભ લેવા પધારનારા હરિભક્તોની સુવિધા સારી રીતે સચવાય તે માટે કેટલીક અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા વિનંતી.

જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવ તા. ૦૨-૦૨-૨૦૨૬, સોમવારના રોજ સાંજે ૫:૦૦ થી ૮:૦૦ દરમ્યાન ઊજવાશે.

જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવની મુખ્ય સભા માટે સભાસ્થળે પ્રવેશ બપોરે ૩:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી પ્રાપ્ત થશે.

અટલાદરા અને ચાણસદ મંદિરની આજુબાજુ પાર્કિંગની વ્યવસ્થા ન હોવાથી મહોત્સવના દિવસે કોઈપણ હરિભક્તે મંદિર-દર્શને ન જતાં સીધા જ મહોત્સવ સ્થળે પહોચવું. સભા પૂર્વે ઠાકોરજીના લાઈવ દર્શન સમયે- સમયે થતાં રહેશે.

જેમને ભીડમાં તકલીફ પડે તેવા અતિવૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત હરિભક્તો ઉત્સવમાં ન આવે એ ઈચ્છનીય છે. તેઓ મહોત્સવના જીવંત પ્રસારણને ઘરે બેઠાં માણી શકશે.
ઉતારા અંગે :

ગુજરાત અને મુંબઈના હરિભક્તો મુખ્ય દિવસે નીકળી મહોત્સવના સમયે વડોદરા પહોંચી શકશે. આથી આ વિસ્તારના ભક્તોની સમૈયાના દિવસે ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા થઇ શકશે નહીં, તો વ્યવસ્થામાં સહકાર આપવા વિનંતી.

મુંબઈ સિવાયના પરપ્રાંત અને પરદેશના હરિભક્તોને જ તા. ૦૧-૦૨-૨૦૨૬, રવિવારના દિવસે વડોદરા ખાતે ઉતારા વિભાગ તરફથી ઉતારો મળશે. તા. ૦૧-૦૨-૨૦૨૬ થી વહેલા કોઈ પણ હરિભક્ત ન આવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.

ઉતારા માટે www.baps.org વેબસાઈટ ઉપર તા.૨૦-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં ઉતારા રિક્વેસ્ટ ફોર્મ ભરવું. ત્યાંથી આપના રજીસ્ટ્રેશનનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર પણ પ્રાપ્ત થશે.

આ ઉત્સવમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો પધારનાર હોવાથી ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા વડોદરા કે આજુબાજુના વિસ્તારોમાં અનુકૂળતા પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે. આ માટે આપનું વાહન સાથે રાખવું.

પરદેશથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તને વડોદરાની નજીકમાં પોતાનું કે સંબંધીનું નિવાસસ્થાન હોય તો ઉતારો ત્યાં જ રાખવો.

પરદેશ અને પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તો ગુજરાતમાં રહેતા પોતાના સ્નેહીજનોને ઉતારા માટે પોતાની સાથે ન લાવે તે ઈચ્છનીય છે.

કોઈ કારણસર ઉત્સવમાં આવવાનો કાર્યક્રમ રદ થાય અથવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિઓની સંખ્યામાં ફેરફાર થાય તો વડોદરા ઉતારા વિભાગને વહેલી તકે અવશ્ય જાણ કરવી.
