Vachanamrut Dwishatabdi Mahotsav and Pushpadolotsav 2020, Gadhada
Date: 10 March, Evening 5:00 p.m.
The village of Gadhada was sanctified by Bhagwan Swaminarayan for over 25 years, during which he delivered many of his divine Vachanamrut discourses. A grand celebration commemorating the bicentenary of the Vachanamrut will be held in Gadhada on Tuesday, 10 March 2020 in the divine presence of Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj. All devotees are warmly invited to be a part of this festival.
To ensure that everyone attending this event is best cared for, you are requested to take note of the following guidelines:

The celebration will take place on Tuesday, 10 March 2020 in the evening (5:00 to 8:00 p.m.). Sabha entry will begin from 3:00 p.m.

On the day of the festival, lunch will be available in ‘Swaminarayan Nagar’ at the festival site up to 2:00 p.m. There will be no arrangements for lunch at Sarangpur or any other nearby mandirs.

Given that thousands of devotees will be attending this celebration, senior citizens and those with fragile health are recommended not to attend. Such devotees can watch the live broadcast from the comfort of their homes.
Regarding Accommodations

Devotees from Gujarat will be able to leave their homes on the day of the celebration and arrive in Gadhada by sabha time. Therefore, there will be no arrangements for accommodations in Gadhada or Sarangpur for devotees from Gujarat. We request everyone for their support in this regard.

Accommodations will be available only for devotees arriving from abroad and outside Gujarat from Monday, 9 March 2020. We request such devotees not to arrive before this date.

To register for accommodations, please submit your request on the form below by Sunday, 9 February 2020. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and an ID number. Due to the large number of attendees expected, accommodations will be provided in Gadhada or nearby villages. To facilitate these arrangements, please keep your vehicle with you throughout your stay.

Any devotees from abroad and outside Gujarat with personal homes or relative’s homes in Gujarat, should stay there and arrive on the day of the celebration. Devotees from abroad and outside Gujarat are requested not to bring their friends or family from within Gujarat for accommodations.

પરબ્રહ્મ ભગવાન શ્રીસ્વામિનારાયણે ૨૫ વર્ષ સુધી રહીને જે ભૂમિને પાવન કરી છે અને પોતાના આશ્રિતોને જ્યાં વચનામૃત ઉદ્બોધ્યાં છે, એવા મહાતીર્થધામ ગઢડામાં વચનામૃત ગ્રંથનો દ્વિશતાબ્દી મહોત્સવ અને પુષ્પદોલોત્સવ પ.પૂ. મહંતસ્વામી મહારાજની પ્રત્યક્ષ ઉપસ્થિતિમાં દિવ્યતા અને ભવ્યતાથી તા. ૧૦મી માર્ચ, ૨૦૨૦ ફાગણ વદ ૧ને દિવસે ઉજવાશે. આ અણમોલ અવસરનો લાભ લેવા આપ સૌને હાર્દિક નિમંત્રણ છે.
આ ઉત્સવનો લાભ લેવા પધારનારા હજારો હરિભક્તોની સુવિધા સારી રીતે સચવાય તે માટે કેટલીક અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા વિનંતી:

વચનામૃત દ્વિશતાબ્દી મહોત્સવ તથા પુષ્પદોલોત્સવ તા. ૧૦-૦૩-૨૦૨૦, ફાગણ વદ ૧, મંગળવારના રોજ સાંજે ૫:૦૦ થી ૮:૦૦ દરમ્યાન ઉજવાશે. મહોત્સવની મુખ્ય સભા માટે સભાસ્થળે પ્રવેશ બપોરે ૩:૦૦ વાગ્યાથી પ્રાપ્ત થશે.

મહોત્સવના દિવસે સૌ હરિભક્તો માટે મહાપ્રસાદની વ્યવસ્થા ઉત્સવ સ્થળે એટલે કે ‘સ્વામિનારાયણ નગર’માં બપોરે ૨:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી રાખેલ છે. આ દિવસે સારંગપુર કે અન્ય મંદિરોમાં મહાપ્રસાદની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં.

જેમને ભીડમાં તકલીફ પડે તેવા અતિવૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત હરિભક્તો ઉત્સવમાં ન આવે એ ઇચ્છનીય છે. તેઓ મહોત્સવનું જીવંત પ્રસારણ ઘરે બેઠાં માણી શકશે.
ઉતારા અંગે

ગુજરાતના હરિભક્તો મહોત્સવના દિવસે નીકળી ઉત્સવ સમયે ગઢડા પહોંચી શકશે. આથી ગુજરાતના કોઈપણ હરિભક્તો માટે ઉત્સવના દિવસે ગઢડા કે સારંગપુરમાં ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં, મહોત્સવની વિશાળતાને અનુલક્ષીને આ પ્રકારની વ્યવસ્થા અનિવાર્ય છે. તેથી ઉતારા માટે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો આગ્રહ રાખવો નહીં.

ફક્ત પરપ્રાંત અને પરદેશના હરિભક્તોને તા. ૦૯-૦૩-૨૦૨૦, સોમવારના દિવસે ઉતારા વિભાગ તરફથી ઉતારો પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આવનાર હરિભક્તો ઉપર જણાવેલ દિવસ કરતાં વહેલા ન આવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.

ઉતારા માટે તા. ૦૯-૦૨-૨૦૨૦, રવિવાર સુધીમાં ઉતારા રિક્વેસ્ટ ફોર્મ ભરી સબમીટ કરવાથી આપને રજીસ્ટ્રેશનનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર તથા કન્ફર્મેશન ઇમેલ પણ પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આ ઉત્સવમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો પધારનાર હોવાથી ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા ગઢડા કે આજુબાજુના વિસ્તારોમાં અનુકૂળતા પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે. આ માટે આપનું વાહન અવશ્ય સાથે રાખવું.

પરદેશથી કે પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તોએ ગુજરાતમાં પોતાનું કે સંબંધીનું નિવાસસ્થાન હોય તો ઉતારો ત્યાં જ રાખવો. પરદેશ અને પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તો ગુજરાતમાં રહેતા પોતાના સ્નેહીજનોને ઉતારા માટે પોતાની સાથે ન લાવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.

કોઈ કારણસર ઉત્સવમાં આવવાનો કાર્યક્રમ રદ થાય અથવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિઓની સંખ્યામાં ફેરફાર થાય તો ઉતારા વિભાગને નીચે આપેલ સંપર્ક પર વહેલી તકે અવશ્ય જાણ કરવી.
