Introduction

Bhagwan Swaminarayan performed many noble and notable tasks, during his presence on this earth, out of which one task was to uplift and educate the repressed tribe of the region. By integrating the moral virtues in their life, they were lifted even further. This tradition of morally uplifting the tribal people was continued by the Spiritual Lineage of the Lord Swaminarayn. H.d.H. Pramukh Swami have travelled tirelessly through various tribal areas only to carry forward the noble task of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, especially in the remote places of the Dang district. He has even sanctified the remote places located in the interior of the Dang. It was under his inspiration and guidance that the Gyan Seva Charitable Trust started Gyan Seva Vidhya School in the remote village of Rambhas in the district of Dang. This school has been blessed by H.D.H Mahant Swami Maharaj when he visited the school times. First visit was to inaugurate the student’s resident building of the school and his second visit was during the distribution of the clothes to the tribal students. During this visit, H.D.H Mahant Swami Maharaj personally fed every student with a candy and lots of affection. Before 2011, this school was administered by government but after that this GyanSeva Trust undertook the administration of the school. The school offers education to about 200 students from 7th standard to 12th standard. This campus house more than 124 students who are nourished with care and moral virtues.
With the support of government and the organization, these students are nourished with education, nutrition and moral virtues. This organization does not charge any fees from the students.
