Mandirs - or a Hindu house of worship - take many forms, such as a mandir enshrined in one’s home or a larger structure built of cement, concrete, and steel. In addition, Hindu scriptures prescribe principles to build a purpose-built place of worship, which is aligned with the environment. Irrespective of size, a mandir's primary purpose is to function as a sacred worship space.

How was it built?
Built for the Divine
This Mandir revives India's ancient architectural tradition by constructing in accordance with the Hindu scriptures. Hand-carved in India from 40,000 pieces of Italian Carrara marble and Turkish limestone, the Mandir was assembled in 16 months. The Mandir is built in accordance with the ancient Hindu scriptures and stands without the use of ferrous materials, built to last a thousand years.

A mandir is not just sacred architecture, but it is the home of God. The focal point of the mandir are the murtis.
A murti is a sacred image used in Hindu worship. It serves as a respectful focus for prayer, helping devotees connect with God with attention and sincerity.
