On Sharad Punam, Swami will be seated with Maharaj. With Harikrishna Maharaj we welcomed the murti of Gunatitanand Swami to Nenpur. Now, I pray daily with the murti before me. I think about [his] glory. I remember Bhagatji Maharaj, Shastriji Maharaj, Yogiji Maharaj, Pramukh Swami Maharaj and pray again. I remember all the sadhus and pray again. Everyone is working very hard. I remember the village and city devotees and pray. I pray again, “O Swami! You will be installed on Sharad Punam, so now make everyone happy. Let no miseries remain. May all be physically, mentally and financially happy. May unity between all increase. May all disputes be resolved. May no one be angry. In honour or insult, joy or misery, believe Maharaj as the all-doer. If an incident arises, then [think] ‘What would Yogi Bapa or Pramukh Swami do?’ Thus, all should learn virtues in this way. Help one another. May nobody fall ill. May all who are ill recover. May the world become free from the corona[virus]. May all abundantly prosper in their businesses and jobs. May there be peace and peace. May your homes become [like] Akshardham. May all develop faith in Akshar-Purushottam and become brahmarup. Reveal to us the true form of Swaminarayan Bhagwan. Who except you can reveal Maharaj’s form to us? You are extremely compassionate. There is no limit to your compassion. Maharaj certainly listens to what you say, that is why we pray to you.” In this way, I have infused the divine energy of glory and prayer in the murti from now.
When Gunatitanand Swami is installed, that, for us, is the New Year. The duo of Akshar and Purushottam. Everything is happening according to the line drawn by Shastriji Maharaj. We want to celebrate this festive occasion with pageantry. Not with worldly pageantry, but the inner pageantry of bhakti and prapti. You are making preparations, but prepare in this way. If you have young sons or daughters at home, then the adults should explain to them that Swaminarayan Bhagwan is Parabrahma and Gunatitanand Swami is Mul Akshar. If the adults do not know this and the children know, then they should explain it to the adults. Speak about the glory of Akshar-Purushottam. Celebrate this with true sentiments, and true joy and enthusiasm. Who is going to be installed? Aksharbrahma himself! The ideal sevak and highest disciple of Maharaj. So, such joy is natural when he is being consecrated.
