• The main celebration will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2018, Magshar Sud 8, in the evening (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
• On the day of Janmajayanti, lunch will be arranged for devotees at the festival site until 2:00 pm. No arrangements will be possible at Sarangpur, Gadhada, or Gondal mandir.
• Entry into the main sabha will begin at 3:00 pm
• Devotees arriving on that day should not go for Thakorji’s darshan at Rajkot mandir, but should directly reach the celebration venue. Darshan of the murtis will be displayed live on the screen.
• Those who have difficulty in crowds, fragile health, or are senior citizens are recommended not to attend the festival. They can be a part of the festival through the live telecast.

• Devotees from Gujarat can easily reach Rajkot by the time of the festival. Hence, no accommodations will be possible in Rajkot, Gondal, Gadhada, or Sarangpur for devotees from Gujarat. This is necessary keeping in mind the grand scale of the festival. Hence, no insistence should be made for accommodations.
• Accommodations will be available from Friday, December 14, 2018 for devotees from foreign countries, states other than Gujarat, and Gujarat devotees from Valsad and places south of Valsad. Hence, anyone requiring accommodation should not arrive before December 14.
• Registration should be submitted before November 19, 2018. A registration number and confirmation e-mail will be sent upon registration. Since a large number of devotees will be a part of the festival, accommodations will be provided as per availability either in or around Rajkot city. Please keep your vehicle with you.
• Any foreign devotees, or those from outside states with personal homes or relative’s homes in nearby towns and cities, should stay there and arrive on the day of the celebration. Those devotees arriving from foreign countries or from outside states should not request accommodations for their friends or family from Gujarat.
• If, for any reason, you need to cancel or change your request, please contact the Accommodations Department immediately.

વિશ્વવંદનીય બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજના શતાબ્દી મહોત્સવ પર્વના ઉપક્રમે આ વર્ષે ગુરુહરિ પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજનો ૯૮મો જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવ પ્રગટ બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ પરમ પૂજ્ય મહંતસ્વામી મહારાજની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં દિવ્યતા અને ભવ્યતાથી રાજકોટ ખાતે ઉજવાશે. આ અણમોલ અવસરનો લાભ લેવા આપ સૌને હાર્દિક નિમંત્રણ છે. આ ઉત્સવનો લાભ લેવા પધારનારા હરિભક્તોની સુવિધા સારી રીતે સચવાય તે માટે કેટલીક અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા વિનંતી:

• જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવ તા. ૧૫-૧૨-૨૦૧૮, માગશર સુદ ૮, શનિવારના રોજ સાંજે ૫:૦૦ થી ૮:૦૦ દરમ્યાન ઉજવાશે.
• જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવના દિવસે સૌ હરિભક્તો માટે મહાપ્રસાદની વ્યવસ્થા ઉત્સવ સ્થળે એટલે કે ‘સ્વામિનારાયણ નગર’માં બપોરે  ૨:00 સુધી રાખેલ છે. આ દિવસે સારંગપુર, ગઢડા કે ગોંડલમાં મહાપ્રસાદની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં.
• જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવની મુખ્ય સભા માટે સભાસ્થળે પ્રવેશ બપોરે ૩:00 વાગ્યા પછી પ્રાપ્ત થશે.
• મહોત્સવના દિવસે કોઈપણ હરિભક્તે રાજકોટ મંદિરે દર્શન માટે ન જતાં સીધા જ મહોત્સવ સ્થળે પહોચવું. સભા પૂર્વે ઠાકોરજીનાં લાઈવ દર્શન સમયે સમયે થતાં રહેશે.
• જેમને ભીડમાં તકલીફ પડે તેવા અતિવૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત હરિભક્તો ઉત્સવમાં ન આવે એ ઇચ્છનીય છે. તેઓ મહોત્સવનું જીવંત પ્રસારણ ઘરે બેઠાં માણી શકશે.

આ જન્મજયંતી મહોત્સવમાં લાખોની સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો પધારવાના હોવાથી ઉતારા અંગે નીચેની સૂચનાઓ અવશ્ય ધ્યાનમાં લઈએ:

• ગુજરાતના હરિભક્તો મહોત્સવના દિવસે નીકળી ઉત્સવ સમયે રાજકોટ પહોંચી શકશે. આથી ગુજરાતના કોઈપણ હરિભક્તો માટે ઉત્સવના દિવસે રાજકોટ, ગોંડલ, ગઢડા કે સારંગપુરમાં ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા થઈ શકશે નહીં, મહોત્સવની વિશાળતાને અનુલક્ષીને આ પ્રકારની વ્યવસ્થા અનિવાર્ય છે. તેથી ઉતારા માટે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો આગ્રહ રાખવો નહીં.
• ફક્ત પરપ્રાંત અને પરદેશના તથા વલસાડ અને તેથી દક્ષિણ વિસ્તારના હરિભક્તોને તા. ૧૪-૧૨-૨૦૧૮, શુક્રવારના દિવસે ઉતારા વિભાગ તરફથી ઉતારો પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આવનાર હરિભક્તો ઉપર જણાવેલ દિવસ કરતાં વહેલાં ન આવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.
• ઉતારા માટે તા. ૧૯-૧૧-૨૦૧૮, સોમવાર સુધીમાં ઉતારા રિક્વેસ્ટ ફોર્મ ભરી સબમીટ કરવાથી આપને રજીસ્ટ્રેશનનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર તથા કન્ફર્મેશન ઇમેલ પણ પ્રાપ્ત થશે. આ ઉત્સવમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો પધારનાર હોવાથી ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા રાજકોટ કે આજુબાજુના વિસ્તારોમાં વ્યવસ્થા પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે. આ માટે આપનું વાહન અવશ્ય સાથે રાખવું.
• પરદેશથી અને પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તને રાજકોટની નજીકમાં પોતાનું કે સંબંધીનું નિવાસસ્થાન હોય તો ઉતારો ત્યાં જ રાખવો. અને પરદેશ અને પરપ્રાંતથી પધારનાર હરિભક્તો ગુજરાતમાં રહેતા પોતાના સ્નેહીજનોને ઉતારા માટે પોતાની સાથે ન લાવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.
• કોઈ કારણસર ઉત્સવમાં આવવાનો કાર્યક્રમ રદ થાય અથવા આવનાર વ્યક્તિઓની સંખ્યામાં ફેરફાર થાય તો ઉતારા વિભાગને વહેલી તકે અવશ્ય જાણ કરવી.
