30 April 2006 (V.S. 2062, Vaishakh sud 3) Sunday, Junagad

More than 960,000 man-hours of voluntary of effort had gone into the mandir construction project. Mahamandaleshwar Pujya Bharati Bapu and Shri Shernath Bapu of Nath Sampraday also presided over the assembly.
Pujya Bharati Bapu said, “Pramukh Swami is the pride of the world and the entire sadhu samaj. I have been to the Sanstha’s mandirs in London, America and others. I feel they are the descension of God’s infinite powers. Today Girnar is also fortunate because a mandir has been built in its lap. It is a mandir the entire sadhu samaj and the country can be proud of. Our country is fortunate that from time to time great sadhus are born. Today, when people have become slaves to addictions, when destruction is ongoing, Pramukh Swami is a ray of hope. Pramukh Swami has spread the glory of Sanatan Dharma.”
The mandir was built through Swamishri’s inspiration and guidance and through the efforts of Akshaymuni Swami, Sanjay Parikh and members of the BAPS Planning Cell. The efforts of the residing kothari, Dharmakirti Swami, Uttamcharan Swami and sadhus of Junagadh are laudable.
