Sadguru Pujya Mahant Swami (Keshavjivan Swami) stopped over in the UK for seven days en route to the USA.
He arrived on Monday 14 July 2014 and was welcomed at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, London in a special evening assembly.
During his stay, Pujya Mahant Swami attended a number of sabhas, events and meetings.
He began by addressing students of The Swaminarayan School on Tuesday 15 July, and also met volunteers of the Sanyukta Mandal that evening and of the Yuvak Mandal the following evening. A further meeting was organised with members of the Satsang Prasar Office on Thursday 17 July.
A special Guru Bhakti Din, to commemorate the day of the Suvarna Tula of Pramukh Swami Maharaj in 1985, was celebrated on Saturday 19 July.
Evening sabhas were organised daily at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in London (Monday to Thursday) and in South London (Friday) as well as in Birmingham (Sunday) during the week where devotees from around the country partook of his inspiring and thought-provoking spiritual discourses.
Pujya Mahant Swami also offered his support to the participants of two community football tournaments for children and youths held at the Powerleague centre in Mill Hill, London on Saturday 19 July.
During his visit, he also had dozens of private meetings with individuals seeking spiritual guidance.
The final sabha was held on the evening of Sunday 20 July before he departed for the USA the following morning.
