BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Nairobi, Kenya, organised a special overnight trip for the kishore mandal to a tea farm in Limuru, a town near Nairobi. A total of 30 kishores accompanied by 2 sadhus attended the trip.
On reaching the farm in early evening, the kishores attended a sabha organised by the sadhus consisting of arti, kirtans and interactive video presentations. This was followed by dinner for all, after which the kishores enjoyed a bonfire before going to bed.
The next morning, all the kishores took part in the samuh puja, yoga asanas and arti. After breakfast, everyone enjoyed an educational tour of the tea farm before heading back to Nairobi mandir for lunch. All the kishores enjoyed the trip immensely.
