From 18 to 26 January 2012 the Dashabdi (10th Anniversary) Mahotsav of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Perth, capital of the state of Western Australia, was celebrated in the presence of Pujya Tyagvallabh Swami and other BAPS sadhus.
As part of the Dashabdi Mahotsav the sadhus carried out padhramanis (home visits), conducted Satsang Shibirs and presented a program of devotional bhajans.
The festivities culminated in a Vedic Mahapuja and Dashabdi Mahotsav Assembly on the national Australia Day holiday on 26 January 2012. Many community leaders, devotees and well-wishers attended the celebration assembly.
All appreciated the spiritual and social activities conducted by BAPS in Perth over the past decade and the positive impact of the BAPS Children and Youth Activities.
